Please note the following cancellation guidelines:

• 24-Hour Notice: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• 12 to 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within this window will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost, which includes half the cost of the appointment and a restocking fee.
• Less than 12 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who could benefit from our care. Please be considerate and notify us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your plans.
